Experience:
C.I.S. was founded in August 1996 by Brian Ingram.
Mr. Ingram served for over ten years as a police officer in several
jurisdictions. He worked his way up from Patrol Officer to Investigator
to Chief of Police. Since opening C.I.S. ,Mr. Ingram has been instrumental
in developing many of the modern techinques used in Internet Investigations,
to include Email Tracing and Internet Profiling.
Mr. Ingram specializes
in this area, as well as Major Case Criminal Defense Cases. C.I.S.
does accept Court Appointments on a case by case basis. Experienced
in Capital Punishment cases and all major felony Criminal Defense
Investigations.
C.I.S. has handled
cases in Europe, Canada, Japan, Australia, the Philippines as well
as cases right here in the United States. We have the contacts,
expertise and experience you need in operating anywhere your case
may take us.

Bachelor of
Science Degree: Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University,
1986.
